This is the easiest recipe you'll ever try baking fish, and it is finger licking delicious.
Ingredients:
- anchovies (gutted, cleaned)
- salt
- garlic
- olive oil
Get some anchovies from the fish market, the already gutted ones if you're lazy like I was today.
Then make sure you read this line very carefully as it is the only sentence actually containing the recipe instructions: chop a few garlic cloves, add some salt and olive oil, and rub it over the anchovies.
Place the school of fish onto a baking tray and bake at 180 degrees centigrade for about 20 minutes. And you are done!
