Recipe. Best banana bread

This could be my new favourite thing to bake. It's great if you need something sweet without overdoing on sugar and chocolate.

Ingredients:
- 3 or 4 ripe bananas
- 250 grams all purpose flour
- 125 grams very soft or melted butter
- 50 grams sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tbs baking powder
- 5 tbs crushed hazelnuts
- 3 tbs coconut flour
- 2 bars of dark chocolate, cut into tiny pieces

First, blend (with an electric mixer) the softened butter together with sugar, until fluffy and light. Then add an egg, and mix for another minute or so.
In a separate bowl add baking powder to flour.
In a third bowl mash ripe bananas with a fork.

Add approximately a third of the flour mix and a third of mashed bananas to the first bowl and stir it all together, then repeat two or so more times, each time stirring it well,

Now add coconut flour, crushed hazelnuts and dark chocolate bits into the mixture.

Put the batter into a bake pan of your choice and place it in to a preheated oven (180 degrees C). Bake for approximately an hour until the top is golden.

Serve hot or cold.
